This DVD provides a guided walk through all therapeutic touching needed to make each other feel wonderful and Also how this can help tremendously with a pregnancy. It is an excellent tool for birth preparation (especially if watched in conjunction with the DVD Birthing - What Dad's Can Do). It discusses massage/acupressure techniques to help with structural aches and pains, digestive issues, and menstrual and fertility problems.

The DVD takes the viewer from setting up the massage space/ambiance to guided touching, locations and depths. It demonstrates the use of moxa (a smoking Chinese herbal treatment) and acupressure.

It finishes with recipes of how and when to apply these three tools in all aspects of pregnancy, pre birth and early maternity. This includes such issues as turning a breech baby using moxa, breast feeding assistance and the return of normal sexuality.

This presentation is focused on what YOU, the couple can do to enhance all aspects of being pregnant. This allows you to have specific and practical tools to help you throughout the changes that pregnancy creates in your bodies and in your lives.
