Brandon Horn, JD, PhD, L.Ac.

Brandon Horn, PhD, JD, L.Ac. is a lecturer, researcher and clinician in the fields of acupuncture, herbal medicine and nutrition. He received his Bachelor and Juris Doctorate degrees from the Ohio State University, his Master's degree in Oriental Medicine from Samra University and his PhD in Classical Chinese Medicine from the American University of Complementary Medicine. His dissertation topic was the derivation of classic five element theory using contemporary principles of quantum physics.

Brandon is one of the ECCM practitioners at the forefront of acupuncture research in infertility. He has two studies that have been published in Fertility and Sterility and is currently involved in other research examining acupuncture's role in improving ovarian blood flow. He has also written an article on Acupuncture and IVF for publication in the Journal of Alternative Therapies in Women's Health, a peer reviewed journal.

Brandon also has a special interest in nutritional medicine and has patented a novel technique to evaluate individual dietary and nutritional requirements which is currently being studied.

Brandon currently practices and teaches in Los Angeles where he is on faculty at the American University of Complementary Medicine.
